Email info@holeshot.se with your order number and what the matter concerns. We'll get back to you with instructions within 24 hours.

Send the item back

Pack the item well, preferably in the original packaging, and send it back with the shipping label you received from us.

Refund

As soon as we've received and inspected the item, we'll refund the purchase amount to the same payment method within 5–10 days.

Questions about returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from when you received the item. The product must be unused and in original condition.

For the right of withdrawal, you as the customer pay for the return shipping. For a complaint about a faulty or damaged item, Holeshot covers the entire return shipping.

Refund is made within 5–10 banking days after we have received and approved your return, to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
